I use soap and a t-spoon full of sugar works well for me! or soap and a nail brush :thumbs

problem solved, like a numpty id only removed the plastic off the bumper and left the metal frame still on the chassis:doh:doh:doh

hello iv had a quick search but couldn't find any thing, ive loosened all my bolts for my body lift and tool them out of one side and jacke that side up ive got a spacer in the back but only gor about 20mm on the front between the chassis and body then the front wheel comes off the ground, any...

hello I think im having a stupid moment, how the hell do you get the electric plug out of the back lights in the rear bumper? can't figure it out? what happened to useing the ones where you remove the metal clip and hay presto the two parts pull apart!

I was looking for a k&n filter couldn't find one anywhere for a 2.7 2004 model, would one for a older model fit? also where can I buy a power chip from? had a look on the net couldn't find one anywhere either
