Take great care when separating the board from the pod. These are expensive bits of kit. I must get round to sorting a write-up... Brian.

This could be bad contact between the gauge pins, and the spring-clip terminals on the PCB. Gauge pins... (I applied a film of electrolytic grease on the pins when I rebuilt the pod following the LCD panel repair) Spring-clip terminals on the printed circuit board... I hope this helps, Brian.

The 2.4 is a lot better on fuel than people think... :sly

I have wondered whether it would be wise to disconnect the airbag for when you drop into gulleys etc. I suppose it would have to be a huge impact to fire it.

But look at it this way... It could have been replaced with standard (Non LSD) diff oil, so you putting the correct oil in has possibly saved yourself some hassle later.
