Have you tried changing the air filter and cleaning the MAF (Mass airflow sensor) and its housing??? The reason i say this is I had the same problem a few weeks ago and found the air filter was crap. This let the MAF get dirty and then the problems occurred. there may be crap in the MAf housing...
