Update... Approached Churchill for my Patrol insurance.... Listed my mods with them, and they wont insure vehicles with Snorkels (Raised Air Intake). Might try Flux now.

It is possible to blank the EGR without any other mods. Just a small adjustment on the VNT screw at the turbo to compensate for the blank. That’s if the Terranno’s have that type of turbo?

Have your chum clean the inlet manifold anyway. It gets seriously coked on the EGR side.
