Like Rick says, 12 bar is too high, do you mean 1.2 bar? There's no factory gauge, it's just an on/off pressure switch which like I said frequently fails. Have a play but as said if you earth the high pressure switch on the driver's (I think that's the right one) you should turn the light off...

Unless you've got play in the ball joints on your existing relay rod or your steering wheel is out of alignment I wouldn't be overly rushing to get an adjustable one as the stock relay rod is perfectly sturdy. I have/had adjustable ones from Pedders on all my Trols. The Y61 was so I could...

As said, rust is the main thing. Don't be too alarmed by rust on the rad crossmember as that is VERY common (it's called the factory rust for a reason!). You shouldn't go through parts too much (at least once any existing issues are sorted) as the Trols are very strong, Aussies love them and...

Crack on then dude but just be wary of moving the axle weak point into areas that are more of a hassle to fix!

I know what you mean but the only thing is dude, you put tougher hubs on you are likely just going to move the point of breakage further into the axle. A hub breaking is annoying but really easy to replace compared to a CV or something else, especially on track :nenau

Those are the XP (extreme performance) AVM hubs, I would say you'd be fine with silver/red HP AVM hubs or even the silver/black standard AVMs :nenau I had HP AVMs on my previous Y61 and never broke one, even with a Lokka but my Y60 came with the standard AVMs and touch wood I've had no issues...

Double check for play before you go messing about with removing shims, most folk just put the same shims back in and usually don't have a problem. Google "Patrol Death Wobble" there can be many causes but worn panhard bushes seem to be a common one.
