Thanks for the information. I just dismantled it and found the pinion gear destroyed and the ring gear damaged, The only numbers on the diff housing are KN72 and 3629. On the vin plate it says RE4RO1 A HG46 Im trying to match it up with something but nothing so far.

Under the intercooler on the off side there are 4 earth points one the intake, remove and clean and replace, one go's to the ecu one to the fuel pump one to the body and one to the ? worked for me and worth a try.

I have the 8kw version,worked straight out of the box, limited heat in my workshop but a tank runs for 11/2 days and takes the chill off. If its for a camper or vehicle i have seen discussions that a 5kw is enough. Also they make a version that heats water as well.
