Things are warming up in the project departments HQ:D:D I have space in the garage.....

Having just passed its mot this week it was apparent that the rear load sense valve was seized. Its niw been freed off and aslight improvement again. Next, well on the liat any is a manual adjuster valve in the cab.....:thumb2

The Troll failed this year..... 3 split pins and a seized load sense valve. Not too upset with that. Picked it up an hour and a half and £20 later. All sorted and tge rear brakes work better. Its a good job too as the old bus has put a few kg's on recently. Book kerb weight 2470kg. Fat Troll...

Everything needs a good clean and paint:rolleyes: I thinks after the lakes and an engine swap its out with the Hamerite and the waxoyl:thumb2 both sets of rear brakes now replaced and the load compensator spring stretched to a point where there is no pressure on the valve. first impressions...

Yes they flipping do:clap Took about an hour and a half. A big improvement over the knackered unit but I'm sure they are better than they were:cool:

If it stops pissing down and i get all my other jobs done it's getting fitted sunday. I need, want, new rear discs and pads too. looking at EBC D1483 and DP1279's £111 any comments...?:nenau

My Troll has neither of those, so I guess we'll suck it n see :nenau I have just ordered a y61 master cylinder and servo to see if that helps first:thumb2

If you're strictly on roaders' then go for a highway terrain tyre. otherwise its either BFG AT's or some thing else....:D

I managed to get a servo and master cylinder from a y61 zd30. So hopefully that will sort my dodgey brake pedal.:thumb2
