    MicraSheds Machine

Finally got my backside back to the garage today (work has been mental) to pick it up and was quoted £250. Decided to get the work done and put a fresh test on that way it will be easier to sell on / trade in for a longer wheel base version. The LWB ones deffo have a bigger rear bench - Im...

    Maverick 2.7TDi SWB For Sale

Ummed and Ahhed about this but after going to see a 2003 Terrano LWB there is more room in the back for the kids, not just with the flop down seat but with the rear bench. Mine barely fit in my SWB.:doh So rather than have it sit there until Im on holiday in August and weld it, or pay the...

    cheap terrano

You could have mine for 400 and that includes 100 quid worth of tax. I need a bigger one for the kids.

Could be worse Wheel bearing. Inner and outer NS rear sill require patching to a length of 9" Wings (welding req to inner).

    Interesting all-in-one car recorder

I bought a camera from HK via eBay a few years ago and got royally dry bummed by the post office for customs, VAT and then a further £8 post office charge for collecting the money. Worked out nearly as much as buying in the UK in the end. Also got bummed for some vintage Stahley razors I bought...

    Possible recalls due

I was fortunate / unlucky enough to be in a front ender when the air bag deployed. Burns to my inner arms lacerations to my face where my glasses were pushed into them. On the plus side I still have my striking good looks which had I had a face full of steering wheel I may not have.

    cb radio database

Ah don't worry about spelling. I can't spell to save my life. When I was at school in the early 70's I learned something called ITA and it's crippled my ability to spell ever since. It's not held me back though. Sent from my GT-I8190N using Tapatalk

Dont hold a licence any more and doubt my old morse exam cert is valid - anyone know if its a case of just paying my £10 and re-registering and getting my old call sign back - M3RFV?

    cb radio database

QSK... When I was at college in the 80's (BTec Electronics) everyone on my course was a ham radio operator and I became quite interested in SSTV which was starting out at that time though I only got as far as doing my morse exam before losing interest and discovering girls. I used 27meg and...

    not sure on the black

I was debating going the matt black look with the Mav, but quite like the chip grater chrome grill now. Its all held together with zip ties mind you! https://www.flickr.com/photos/micrashed/14458980716/sizes/m/in/photostream/

    Sale spotted

I thought that, I went charging through some deep puddles the other week and the water thrown up from the NS would have been sucked straight in that snork.

    MicraSheds Machine

Depends what it failed on - borked wiper blade replaced before re-test would hardly render the car likely to kill kittens and Nuns if still driving round on the old certificate. I'll risk it, unless as I say there is a major defect I havent spotted. Then I'll mothball it until I can break out...

    MicraSheds Machine

Booked for the MOT on the 26th June now. Im not expecting a pass first time because Im unlikely to get the welding done on the sill before then owing to a few factors (being out of gas for the MIG and working pretty much every hour god sends until MOT day doesnt help matters there). I'll have...
