I also have THULE 100 roof box that will fit these bars , but it is smaller than the Haldfords one.
So if you want the bars and kit with the Thule box not the halfords I can do that instead

There is supposed to be u bolt type clamp around the front pipe that is attached to a bracket that then clamps via a rubber mounting to the chassis.
When I replaced my full exhaust the bracket had nearly rusted away so I made a new clamp with a piece of stainless drilled two holes and clamped...

I think I may have caused some confusion with my post. Let me clarify:
If you are replacing the rubber lined leak of pipes with the same material, then 3.2mm I/D will stretch and is the correct size.
I was replacing the original pipe with Nylon pipe because I run WVO/BIO and this eats through...
I think 3.2mm is too small. I initially tried to use 3mm and it was never going to fit.
I used 6mm O/D and 4mm I/D and I had to use a heat gun on mine to get them to strech over.
