Default Terrano compression rod nut

Asking for mate who has misplaced one
The large nut from the compression rod from a terrano.
Or better still the size so he can get a new one.

What a farce.
My mate has been in touch with nissan regarding the nut.
They sell them for £5.00 each plus vat but won't sell them single.
Minimum purchase is 5 units.
He's managed to source a complete compression rod with the nut for £15 including delivery from a breaker.

Yes Jeep are like that with suspension bolts you have to buy a minimum order usually 10 units even though there are not 10 on the suspension arm.

In the old days the dealer would have split the pack and kept the remainder in stock to sell or use in the workshopd. Now with parts turnover policy by PLC's of 90 days or less they just don't care about customers so make you but the minimum.
