Default It’s The Weekend

So another weekend thread what’s everyone up to?

I’m not doing a great apart from spending quality time with family, there’s jobs to do but they’ll still be there next weekend. This week life is too precious to worry about anything.
A dog walk on the agenda and that’s about as energetic as I’m getting today.

Refitting the interior to my daughters fiat panda after stripping it out last weekend due to water ingress. The bulkhead drain bungs were blocked and ended up with about an inch of water on the floor after all the heavy rain the other week. What a pain in the ar$e job. On the plus side I now have a happy daughter

Worked yesterday and started reading a regulatory document for ventilation for schools, BB101, just in case you wanted Google it and have a read yourself.
I am listening to Aphex Twin though.
So not all bad.

More quality time with the family, had a nice sit down meal with the wife and our children yesterday. I wouldn’t allow falling out so we had a really nice meal. Took dog for a walk with wife yesterday too which was really nice being able to let him off lead as nobody else was around, the sunshine made it for sure.
Today we have had a lazy day for the most part but seen as I can’t sleep at the moment it was needed. After a nice lunch with the wife we had a walk to a local garden centre though neither of us feel like Christmas just yet but it was nice just to be us two walking together. Life has thrown a bit of a curved ball so we are making the most of quality time, remembering the important things in life and ignore the insignificant stresses.
Wife is now making us a nice curry complete with starters for tea, she’s spoiling me at the moment. So sat watching wheeler dealers not thinking about very much.
