Hi I'm wanting to put bucket seats upfront but my seats have air bags in them what's the best way to get around this if possible

Bloody brilliant!!!!! I have a set of mint seats that I had off James but they don't have side airbags so I was having this same dilemma.

It sounds kind of soppy I know but I really want to fit them because they were out of Marvin (Maverick) that was written off and have seen some adventures!!!!

I could be wrong but got told the air bags in the seats had only one wire going to them:confused: would love to be able to disconnect my seat air bags as I fancy a pair of recaro seats out of a corsa VXR as the fabric on some is almost the same as my seats:thumb2

According to the SRS wiring diagram there are 2 wires, 3 if you include the safety ground/shield.
Pins 1 & 2 will require the 1R8~2R2 resistor fitted.
The squib connector on the airbag/seat side should automatically short the pins together when unplugged to minimise the risk of accidental firing once the seat is removed.
