Actually I have dodgy patella tracking in my knees from rugby. Stupidly as we were done walking the dog I stood up on my rear wheel and grabbed the roof (as you do)
Unfortunately my hand slipped and I landed back on my foot but unfortunately twisting my knee. It's happened about 40 times in my life. Usually i collapse to the floor in immense pain
This wasn't so bad.. :doh

cheers rustic. Atleast I'm used to it.. It's actually been about 3 years..I'm hobbling about better than usual. The funniest one was when both knees went on the try line at rugby when I suddenly tried to stop dead :doh followed by me being crushed by 2 monsters of blokes :lol
Needless to say I couldn't walk for 6 days
