Abstinance

I have not had a drink of alcohol since the 1st February 2014 the first 5 days were hard as opening a bottle when I get home from work had become a habit.

I will not have any alcohol until the 22 nd March 2014 as I am going to a Diamond Wedding bash (outlaws).

Would like to do the full 3 months but not motivated enough !

Benefits - None really except a small financial saving.

lost about 5 lbs so am now 14 st 10 lbs - (6 ft 1 in) and thats it !!
