Default Possible Workshop

Well i went to look at a possible workshop today, wasn't too bad, it used to be used for horses so is still partitioned off but the owner said they can be removed no probs, is a fairly decent size, could easy fit 2 cars/trucks in there and the doorway in is over 8ft high, the woman also said if we fix/mod 4x4's she has a field outback we can use to test them on free of charge

It'll begin to smell like me after work, a mixture of equestrian and diesel

long as its somewhere dry & cheap to work from i'd go for it, check it ain't got a cobbled floor if theres still bedding/mats down tho,

Get a lease tho & t & c on the conditions of using the field as she may have a hairy canary if you dig paths/tracks & divits with the vehicles.
