Ive done nothing but weld since i got the t2!!! its nearly as bad as my old disco, now theres a statement!!
 
yes ,
i did sills on mine when i first got the car,
then i noticed front cross member had rusted to bits, so i made one of them.
got some pics somewhere

Im finishing mine in the morning!! ill post a pic when its done.. the front drivers side was hanging on for dear life!!!
