Where to buy cheap aluminium 1" square tube in Midlands

Hi, where is the best place (Cheapest) to buy 1" (25mm) square aluminium tube of 16 gauge (1.6 mm) thick or thicker wall section.

I need 6 metres overall, I am making a step for the boat.
Maximum length in 1 piece 1 metre.

West Midlands area, Staffordshire.

I've tried a few Aluminium stock holders but some seem quite expensive, whilst others are mail order.

Might even consider stainless steel of the same section.

Thanks Zippy, I'll look into them later, certainly they are different to the ones I searched for.

I'm tired today, did various searches but most were fabrication companies, even found one that dismantled aircraft

The reason I want local, is to cut down the cost of carriage and I can get it sooner.
I found one in Hertfordshire but postage was as much as the product. and 5 days delivery..
