Was in Luton on Friday delivering to a shop owned & run by a Pakistani bloke who is English born & bread & has the same views as me

This is what the general conversation was about & concluded.

We should of never joined the EU
Maggie Thatcher should still be in power
Pull out of Northern Ireland & let them get on with it
If you come into our country ( our home ) you live by our rules & accept them & if you don't like them, move out
If you moved to a South Eastern country & wanted to build a Church you would end up dead
When the Muslims in Luton protested not much if anything happened to them... Do that in the South East & you would have been shot

The Government ( former ) where only doing things to benefit them not the country

The Banks where lending to people who blatantly couldn't pay it back

People from Europe come over hear to better there lives for when they go back to there country & screw our system

If you want to live here then abide by are rules & put in to get out in later life

I'm not a racist but don't for 1 minute like people who are here illegally & or sponge no matter what your colour or origin

This is a 4x4 forum & in my top 5 & the help & advice you get is 2nd to none with some members in my eyes a major credit & knowledge is 2nd to none

no your not racist babe n thats a fact! i agree with what you wrote n i tell you something else iam very live n let live but what gets me is that people come into our country but dont put themselves out to even speak english when my mum was dying in queens hospital i remember a indian family sobbing in the family room thier mum had burnt to death in a house fire it was pityfull when asked why 999 wasnt called the man said how can my mum ring 999 she dosnt speak english! something that could and would have saved her life ,my mum died of cancer and couldnt be saved but the indian lady could have!

Fair enough i tend to agree with that but at the same time do you not agree with the analogy i made re if you have to look to see whos around?

Youve got to draw a line somewhere

I have great concerns that some mischievous individuals are dining out and stirring big time on a couple of isolated incidents.Theres no serious pattern to moan about which would change perspective significantly.

Think back and a couple of stroppy ex members got booted for attacking others and the club survived.

Theres been more crap posted this time around and no ne booted. That surely actually shows increased tolerance

and i advise caution - as your comments may provoke racist statements from others and that is where the trouble starts.

it may be a pub chat area - but it's not an actual pub.

some of your first post i agree with - and some i don't - its too much for one question! and in my opinion it's asking for trouble mate and we have had enough of it, don't you think?

The point i'm making is that we all have opinions right or wrong.

We're in a "virtual pub" so let it be a virtual pub...

If those concerned want it to be a purely 4x4 forum then some people wouldn't be very active on here...

I'm not saying i or anybody else wants to cause trouble but surely we should be aloud to post what we think & when a thread or post gets deleted or closed for no apparent reason other than "i could see where this was going" is pretty lame... I couldn't predict who was going to post next or how it was going to transpire.?

Adz, i had a thread deleted and as you know I'm not a racist - but i had to agree my personal opinion would bring out the worst in others as this thread also has the potential to do.

I just think controversial topics should be of the menu - at least for the time being until things calm down a bit.

you know the old saying - never talk about religion and politics

or work with animals and small children.
