holy crap, thats enormous. sorry, but at that age, its NOT healthy. I cant imagine how the parents treat this kid, but presumably it gets what it wants plus some when it wants. The kid should have been kept healthy untill it is old enough to choose for itself how it indulges in food stuffs.
