question on vin plates

if your vin plate or any other plate on the car does not show any weights can you tow what you want weight wise ?

In a word, No.

If you have no weights, or train weight guide - then the vehicle has not been type approved to tow. If it is an import, you may be able to find a way around it by using the dealer information, to have a new vin made up.

Is this a Ford Ka? They are usually the ones that are missing - they cannot tow anything!
