just had a hours intensive physio , ive never been so knackered in my life !

, are those physio's human ? , on the good side i have a little movement in my left leg now , but at what cost ?

Good man you know it makes sense

I go to a chiropractor every couple of months and that's like all in wrestling sometimes

He tells me to relax, yeh right , just before he folds me back in half
