Hello. It's been a while. New truck too.
I've not been on for ages. I renewed my membership last month...Â…..
I've been busy doing other stuff. Anyway, it's time to introduce my new truck, a 2.7, 2003, most of the SH with 105000 miles. Though the most important thing to mention is it's spent over half of it's life in Spain & so the underside is extremely good I should say Ron (new one) as she's called is the one on the right https://www.dropbox.com/s/gtkp6q4hw7...80924.jpg?dl=0 |

Hi stranger, great to see you back. Funnily enough I was thinking about you this weekend, was driving along that road where my mrs had the accident.
Looks like you still have Clives old motor too, both looking great |

Hey Jim. Hope you're well? How is the Mrs now?
It's been a while since I drove that road (10 months or more). I don't drive for the company anymore. I guess Clive hasn't mentioned...… It turns out I have arthritis of the spine & sitting for hours in a HGV doesn't do me any favours, but as it happens neither does standing or walking for a variable time period I only work part time now so 08.00-12.00 every day is me. People say "lucky you", I say I'll swap you your hours for my pain, they soon shut up Clive's old truck will be up for sale in a while, he's mentioned buying it back. I must admit I do love the colour, but as with all these vehicles the tin worm has started to take hold underneath (hence the new one). I did treat it to a treatment of Dynax S50 when I first got her, but the inevitable was always gonna be. The new one has been treated from a very early age & I couldn't believe how good Ron is The ironic thing is I used to be a steel fabricator & welding the underneath wouldn't have been a problem before my problem |
