We will need to know more, is it Petrol, or Diesel? If diesel, does it have an intercooler? What Year? Don't need the colour...

Welcome to the forum .Personally i always start with the basic's with anything so i would start with the fuel filter.Dont bother with cheap ones as ive heard bad review's with them. Also it's well worth paying for the membership as from personal experience the information you will get be second to none.

hello fellow welcome to the club, as said check filters first, then i'd check fuel lines in the drivers side rear wheel arch they tend to rot there and let air in

Surely, if it is bad on tick over, but fine under load, then I would have thought it was less likely to be fuel related.
I wonder if it would be more sensor related, like the crank position sensor, or I what about the second switch on the brake pedal, that tells the ECU when you are braking, and cuts the fuel off. I would go for reading the ECU codes first, and work from there.... Having said that, I think you do need to be a member to get to the datasheet on how to do that. |

Has this problem recently started? Was it OK BEFORE you changed the filters? How long have you had the truck, and how long has it been fine? Have you recently changed the type of fuel, bio or SVO? What was the last change that you did before it started to run rough? A bit like a restore point on a computer, when new software can crash the computer... so what has changed? best regards, Rustic
