take all your paper work to the nearest MAIN post office and they should transfer it over, the previous owner should have sent the disc to swansea before you took vehicle, i've had this problem myself, well wife has,

thats what i mean , just change the details on the form ..... send it to swansea or wotever , local dvla is probably better as it may be quicker, you will then need to pay road tax

dumb question .... but if its on disabled tax .... its taxed. so why would anyone pull you over or question your ability. let alone impound your truck

just drive the bloody thing its a dvla problem not yours. just fill in the forms and send off ya dosh . or visit dvla local office and let them sort it.

as soon as the last owner applies for their tax it will render the old disc invalid and those instant recognition cameras will through it up and bingo fixed penalty.

surley the tax is applied to the vehicle? not the owner and therefore is valid unitl the date show is passed? i appreciate it is disabled and therfore no fee but other than that it's the same?

And we are only talking a week or so until the ocuments come back.
