only oustanding issue we have is stuff we have purchased from other ebayer not being delivered so i am kinda lost.
Dear tania@dougaldesign.co.uk We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been restricted from selling on eBay for breach of our Seller Non-Performance policy. This means that your account has generated an unacceptably high level of dissatisfaction amongst your buyers. Because of this, we are removing selling privileges on this account for a at least 4 weeks, and are ending any open listings. You will still be able to buy items, conclude outstanding transactions, resolve issues with your buyers, leave Feedback and access emails in My Messages. However, you won't be able to list any items with this account. My Rating Item as described 4.8/5.0 Communication 4.8/5.0 Despatch Time 4.7/5.0 P+P Charges 4.6/5.0 as you can see , not exactly bad scores .. |

but tons of sellers have their websites shown, or used to....I'd have expected a warning shot first - you can't fix what you don't know is broken.
Ask them for more details. |
