Can we discuss the engine in this Patrol please?

Seems like a neat enough conversion but I gather from the other stuff they have sold and what it looks like they do, you can be that truck has had a damn hard life pulling way way heavier loads than itself daily

Cummins bloody heavy lump of an engine.
OM606 much lighter and better power to weight.

I am currently looking for a replacement for my truck & I dismissed this one mainly as it is an auto. I know what you mean about the towing thing but it wouldn't put me off. I wouldn't think it is likely that it has been towing grossly overloaded trailers & my truck is used mainly for towing but I don't think it is any worse for that.
