It's that time again! My lip is shaved and my bike is greased

As some of you may know I regularly raise money for the Movember cause.
This year perhaps more poinient than before.
I aim to cycle 500 miles and raise £500 . I have friends helping me as a small team of late night middle aged looney s in lycra

So far the weather has been kind and 126 miles done already. The hard part is getting the cash for the tache! Which of course is where you lot come in

Having been diagnosed 2 and half years ago, I doubt without the work of the prostate cancer research that takes place world wide that I would find my self still being able to donate to this worthy cause.

Aim to get stuck and be completely self sufficient in extraction, love getting muddy, 2ft deep is good but rare.
