Brand New to 4x4 scene so haven't got a clue just spent the whole weekend gutting the thing and painting the wheels As I'm new to the scene whats the bad things to look out for? Loving the new truck though feel like king of the road. : |

Hi Alzay,
startred out myself with a 1994 Mav same as yours. Have a look at the front suspension for starters and check bushes etc for wear / perishing and rot in area of compression rod bracket where it fits onto chassis, and anti roll bar links Mine also had a bit of rot under the rear wheelarch where the seatbelt bolt sticks through. There are threads somewhere on all of this. Other than that i had no problems with mine and sold it to a neighbour a year ago who still loves it. |

Welcome to the club, have a look in the downloads section that should give you an idea of the routine sort of problems faced. Have a good look at the mini filter one, its a fair bet yours won't have been done.
