I dont want to risk undoing the top of the tank with out some spares to hand, I cant afford my car to stop working for one day...
Have you got a half decent lid i could have as a spare? im sure some new bolts shouldnt be hard to get.
How much do you want for the pump?

Top job mate, the starter turned up this afternoon Closely followed by the frantic job of changing my old one before my fingers froze to the bloody spanners
Job done now and bingo it works again
Now I can park at all my favourite dogging sites without the engine running
