I haven't, I'm quite scary though so maybe they daren't
I have a letter from work to show them if I get pulled going to and from work, but I don't think they are actually allowed to ask you for one.

I've been out every day but in my works van. Did have the fuzz pull up beside me whilst flat out on the A47. He gave me a thumbs up and carried on!
