Regretably its the money that counts.... The New World Order is upon us...The Illuminati exsist..we are simply slaves. Heres a thought...it concerns your very own Terrano or Maverick...who owns it ?...ah you think you do...fraid not...you are simply the registered keeper...check your registration document...no my friends..you don't even own the car you paid for...the Government does...not only that but they own you too... What do you think your bith certificate is ? The name on your birth certificate is that 'fictional' person/name associated with you the human being....your worth is the 'potential' taxes you will pay over your lifetime. Its high time we all awoke from our slumbers and become conscious of whats really going down...the truth is staring all of us in the face...we have just become desensitized to our true human condition...its the telly you see....truly the opium of the masses....replaced religion a long time ago (some might say thats a good thing)... Time to WAKE UP !!!!!!!! Become a FREEMAN of the land...we all can you know. |

I got tired of working every day so attempted to sign on for benefits. No,they said, you are too good looking and sent me off to an agency. At first I did'nt understand what was wanted of me but now I really enjoy my work. Many of the ladies give me extra money and smile a lot.Although I am always very tired I do enjoy my job.Does that make me a bad person ??
PS.I asked my missus but she hit me and went to her mothers. |

In the context I used it, its a question regarding debating a rather tricky matter as faced by Thomas More and a subsequent presumption made by the King. Who coincidentally lopped Mores head off to make sure. The whole point is he kept quiet because he didnt agree but couldnt challenge it properly , the king wanted to believe that as he wasnt opposed by More who he felt or wanted to believe implied consent by his silence Read the work you will understood my comment as opposed to a literal isolated meaning. Not a bad book for a crusty old classic Simples |

I used an example form literature to make a point that has absolutely nothing to do with law.....clearly way over the top........ However out of interest , the stated contract case you mention was later negated to a greater degree by Brogden v's Metropolitan Railway 1876-77. So does subsequent silence give agreement or consent ? Furthermore the general consensus regarding the Felthouse job is that in fact it actually ruled that you cannot enforce an individual to make a rejection of an offer then subsequently presuming that absence to be acceptance (very similar as in man for all seasons) Thats pretty much it. Therefore as it doesnt directly state so, it does not rule carte blanch that silence does not give consent. A common misunderstanding of that case I am led to believe and the basis of many good good criminal and civil debates I would have thought. All good shit but still nothing to do with the context of my non legal comparison to English literature. |
