hi briggie about the git who sold you the car best not to think about the ass hole any more and get on with getting your truck on the road think i may buy the next car he has on ebay tho,,, and take him and it for a a little drive if i was closer would have done that for you already........ any way i would not recomend towing a auto with out taking the prop off may cause a lot of damage dont they have a tow truck which they can put it on the back off or even a trailer to put it on? most garages do i thought!!!!! hope its no back street garage running from a garden shed?

no , its quite a small garage who specialise in 4x4 mods for off roading , and general servicing , they do not have a tow truck , but they have kindly offered to drain the gearbox , clean the filter , refill , check levels when cold , check when hot , adjust , and road test all for £30 so i cant cant complain , at least it will let us know if the problem can be easily sorted .
kind regards pete |
