Ah what a wise choice!! Bought our 98 Spectrum 620 last sept and pleased so far, tows very well even without stabiliser, same size as your 520 and similar layout too... L shaped lounge at front that makes into huge double then 4 bunks at the back or 2 big singles with a nice sliding door to shut the little darlings away at night.
Awning size is huge... 1065cm and the one we bought weighs 65kg all in.... ouch!! Lots of space when up though.... not had any major problems with weight although needed 4wd when collecting from the farm where it lives this morning in the rather slippery snow!!
