Hmm, seems it might partially be my fault, there are two shops with the same name 50 miles apart from each other... Seems I may have sent to the other shop... Will have to confirm as I cannot find the address he gave me...

Take it up with ebay as you'll get a full refund as you have 100% proof it was sent back & signed for, ebay should refund you straight away
 I bought a sandisk sd card which looks to be a fake got a full refund You can only take the matter up with either ebay or paypal but if you start to get know where with them PM meEdit just PM'ed you Alex just can't put what I sent you on here which i'm sure you'll understand why |

Ebay and Paypal finally pulled through after I threw my toys out the pram yesterday evening  "Dear alex*mr2, Good news. We issued you with a full refund of £127.99 on Mar 26, 2015.
