ffs .... now the walls have been steam stripped , its shown the plaster is in a terrible state , walls are bowed inwards as though its falling off , some walls have firkin big holes where the wallpaper was holding it on , one wall in the bedroom creaks when you touch it .

ive mentioned this to the council , because obviously we cant decorate / wallpaper with it in this state ...... they said the next appointment for a plasterer is the 5th of august , which will be for a " assessment " , so even if they plaster on that day , it will be about a month before we can wallpaper ..... but yet they are still charging us full rent for a bungalow we cant live in for at least 2 months .

some of the decorating quotes to decorate the lounge and bedroom have been quite frankly piss taking .......£766 plus materials .... , we found one guy who quoted £85 per day plus materials , he estimated 4 or 5 days .... but he cant do it till mid September
