More goodies for less money on the jeep which has exactly the same engine in it , can tow/carry more weight and is wayyyyyy better on the rougher stuff We had a merc ml on fleet, it wasnt enough of a performer for job it was bought for and got slagged off but it was very reliable and lasted the distance |

Bloke I worked with had one of those a few years back. He lived way out in the sticks and was putting all his cash into a building project.
The lada lasted him ages and was 100% reliable. I can remember he bust a back light and couldnt find an assembly anywhere. Sellotape rules Those lot selling this example must be a bit on the slow side, first off they buy the wrong car then theyre not quite being truthful on the ebay description , I'll quote from their website where theyre on about why the car has to go: "Plus she has started falling out of 3rd gear and needs a whole new exhaust system." tsssk tsssk |

My experience is that a double cab pick-up is extremely useful. BT50 wouldn't make you look as much of a farmer as a fourtrack would. Anyway, you could look a lot worse than looking like a farmer. The extra toll on the bridge is a nuisance but the double cab's are one of the only passanger vehicles with a full set of back seats that can be taxed commercially so would you not save money on the road tax in the first place? Or maybe the road tax set-up there is different?

I would be wary of any of Briggies recommendations with his track record
