Past 4 days visiting friends and Mrs perelaar shopping in Rome.

Now a few days in the office, and then a full weekend shooting. Saturday driven boar and deer, in the snow (I foresee lots of work for the T2!), Sunday rough shooting for pheasants and duck on our own small shoot.
Hopefully the weekend after that visiting the Battle of the Bulge remembrance activities in Bastogne.

It’s late shift for me this week, a bit of a strange shift because there’s not a lot of time to do much in a morning before I have to get ready for work and thenby the time I’ve got home again and had a snack it’s time for bed but it’s a job and to be fair it’s actually a good place to work as well.

Weekends like these don't happen very often, Rick

Got an invitation for the driven boar very last moment, two weeks ago. And Rome, yes, pennies fly very fast. No idea about the 7 mile market, Mrs spent (a lot of!) time on Via del Corso, all the main fashion things are there. Fun to see where the money is: almost no Arab women anymore compared to a few years ago, but loads of Chinese.

Well, well - snow is my friend. Just got a new invite, for a second day of boar hunting. Lots of old people can't stand the cold, and declared themselves sick
