Is there anything I need to do suspension wise to get these on?
I'll have to modify the flaps some I reckon |

Nooooooooo.
Don't want to lift suspension wise. I'm going to do a 2" body lift but not before Wales |

Er. Don't...... really........know?
I only have my truck to tow so don't really want to mess with the suspension. I thought as I'm going to 31s I'll gain a little axle height anywho so just body lift 2" and see how it goes |

I have lifted my tow bar higher too and put an adjustable plate on in order to try and keep the van nose down, my van is single axle and I think max weight laden is 1400kg. I would defo not want to pull your beast of a van with its nose up, it would be a very unpleasant ride Suspension wise I'm really happy with how mine drives and I know it won't cause trouble when towing |

Being twin axle it is a steady tow with just a little sideways wiggle when white van man screams past. It's 1900kg max and we use every bit of it i reckon Going from standard tyre size to 31s with lift the towball height a touch but not enough to worry about. I've got them 20% stronger springs fitted but to be honest can't say they've made any difference but it's definitely no worse so they'll be staying on. A 2" body lift will give the tyres a bit more room and that'll be as far as I go with it don't think I'll be able to get it done before Wales though, but I want to use the wheels and tyres. You know what it's like though T-Doug |
