just had a another not so nice experience, neighbour come round to say
toe rags been in garden kicked fence down, caravan window open. yep fence is fire wood, was old and rotten but a boundary before. 2 of 3 vans doors tried to be gemmied? dont know with what but plenty of dried mud in frame area, locks held up so ripped full window up on sprite split it in 2, left wide open but no thing missing dont even appear to have climbed inside. moved ed pir sensor on flood light so wont fire, tried to smash gates open, failed even thou only locked by pound land chain and padlock. thinking more vandalism than theft, late running mischief night maybe.

Kids I guess, nevermind if they catch the little souls I'm sure there will be a do gooder to defend them and then take em to the seaside as a punishment. If they get taken to a theme park they know they have really been naughty.

Why not introduce them to off roading when they catch them :
Like take them out into the country miles from no where just on dusk and tell them to walk back, don't forget to give them a helping hand on the way  |

Worst was going on a holiday rally with the SOC.
Got on the M56 when the Carlton fizzled to a halt with a faulty head gasket after I'd had new valves fitted. Waited for breakdown to tow us to the site in Wales and got the car fixed there. While on site one night we had a real storm and I was sat holding the awning down dressed in nothing by my shreddies while my wife got a few friends to help us repeg it. The following morning was horrendous - nearly all the tents in the separate tent area had blown away and there were loads of tentless folk wandering around and a few of the 'vans were wearing their awning like a hat. Top cap it all off we had a plague of frogs/toads under the awning groundsheet - you could see it moving there were that many! The kids had a great time scooping up bucketfuls (bucketsful?) of tiny little frogs/toads and transporting them to the river Best ones were the Christmas/New Year rallies we spent with the SOC. A great crowd of friends. Yes folks, if you own a Swift, join the owners club. They're a great bunch. |
