Here is a deck I did earlier, not all that pretty but functional
I screwed 4x2 [100x50] to the floor using the bolt holes for the two rows of seats notched out the timber to take old roof rack bars as bearers and cut two hatches to give access to rarely used small stuff I carry a lot of tool boxes for my worktop jobs DSC_0134.jpg I have lots more pics of stages if anyone wants to see, I used OSB 18mm thick for the deck boards, this took the best part of a 8x4 or 1220x2440 My trolley jack is in a suitcase under the front section, lots deeper than the rear. |

I didn't want to cover the little cubby holes up as they are usefull.
so a hinged bit to stuff me work cloths in. and a wooden lift out storage area |

tools are now easily accesable with out lots of flying around clutter.
I have since fitted a rubber checkerplate mat over the floor for spillages from me bucket. ive got a coolbox strapped to the right hand side for work sandwiches drinks ect. I take a couple more shots tomoz |
