He is, but as bat said dropbox doesn't seem to allow image url tagging

Right click On the image and open in new tab or window. Or long press the image if on your phone or tablet

Right click on the cross and 'open in new tab', I then dragged the image into another tab and copy and pasted the link from the new address bar in between [img] and [/img] tags.
