Jay do you do MIG welding, cos the one iv got coughs and spits like a whore on crack. Would like to see how to set the bloody thing up so im at least in with a chance of being able to weld myself instead of asking for help all the time.

As much as i think its great my mates help me out with it, i really want to be able to do it myself, as i fix everything else on my truck myself.

right turn the power full then when it blows a hole in the steel turn it down one notch and keep turning it down till it dosnt blow holes then if its spitting turn you wire feed down i use my wire feed at about a quater of the dial IE number 2/3 your welder will need differant settings for differant thickness of steel dose this make sence

what welder do you have

Not now It did need the ends of the sills cutting but then I'm only on 2" body lift and 2" suspension lift. Maybe you'll have enough with 3 + 2 but I'm suprised you can get +3 on suspension as the front will have no droop at 3"

3inch on rear just under 2inch on front although im in the process of making some spacers to drop everything about 20mm which will also correct the camber on the front

mine catches with the 33s on full lock chassis obveously but no cutting to fit them. i need wheel spacers really

or better offset wheels
Remember though as the rim moves further out (spacer or offset) you'll start to catch the sill end instead of the chassis leg and steering box.
Also if you're going 35s the steering idler Will die suprised it hasn't already actually
