Cheers daved
the phone does have an imei number for the handset, so as you say if anything is missing i should ba able to tell, it does seem very buyer heavy. even though he has the phone and his cash back. |

i have had this happen a few times.
ebay is for buyers now, not sellers. its badly biased towards the buyer. if he complains, they will take the cash off you while they investigate. Its very very bad, and didnt used to be this way. look, best thing to do form now is DO NOT accept paypal any more. never mind the inconvenience of cashing a cheque, its way more inconvenient if paypal start screwing around, and they will. This guy sells phones, so he knows how they work, so he HAS to return it to you, so i hoep you hav etold him so via email. Once back withyou, you can verify his claim, and mail him. send all these emaisl to paypal investigation. see what happens. |

Always the senders responsibility to claim.....so he can't have a leg to stand on. Ebay/Paypal may not like it but thats the law.

hi team!
well the phone came back still f*&#ed, so took it to vodaphone who fixed it, Royal mail need to see and keep the phone but said they may not give me the full £250 re-fund (and the bloke said not to bother, cheers royal mail) and i still owe paypal £250, so i will have to sell the re-furbed phone again, but my account is limited and now have a negative feedback against me, and i cant leave feedback against the buyer. I am totaly pissed off. and cant wait to get back to sea, where life revolves around drinking tea. |
