but they can only impound the car if its un-roadworthy not because you cant drive.... cos your friends could drive it.insured of course
so if you get a data sheet from insa your quids in but then the scum will say they were damaged or something i guess... "why" cos they can |

Well you see plod get their own rules dont they
It appears that under section 165A-C they get to impound because I have no license! That means I'm not insured so they get the car Then I get to pay some stealth tax to that twat brown so he can go and throw it at the merchant *ankers while I cant pay my mortgage cause I have to pay that twat brown some more stealth tax.////... |

This is a bad story mate. Likely that any 4x4 wearing mud terrains will be in for the same treatment soon. Just as true for any 4x4 modified in nay way I think.
Hope you can get it sorted soon and in your favor too. Nath |

Funny enough Wolf, I have met a few that were ok. Lived next door to a Sergeant and he was ok,currently live next door to a just retired Det. Segt.(retired on Tuesday) he's ok. Secretary of the Regional Game Council is a cop and he's ok too. Maybe I'm just lucky. Strangely enough, Segt I lived next door to said English cops deal only in black and white, either you are right or wrong, they rarely use discretion, like our lads will do on occasion. By the way I'm now in Laois but born and raised in Dublin.

I can get the truck back any time, as long as I have a driver who is specificaly insured to drive it
Oh and cough up £150..........bargain Noticed this morning ,while being driven to work, that those crazy fool PC types had chosen a different layby for todays picnic Mind you it was a most spectacular layby with parking for at least 8 meat wagons Business must be booming for little darlings..................... |
