Just an update to say this is still ongoing but due to the fact that it is now in the hands of solicitors etc, it would be wrong to comment further, at least something sensible looks to be on the horizon, Rick

Aim to get stuck and be completely self sufficient in extraction, love getting muddy, 2ft deep is good but rare.
