Cheers mate Still keeping my gas to do jobs for family, friends and cash but it was doing my head in so I made a change, if I put some overtime in its not too much of a drop in money and the basic rate goes up and up The best bit is the facilities though

Good luck with the new direction. Much more important to enjoy what you are doing. Does this mean your new employer can hook you up with a truck turbo now?

I'm glad this looks like a good job for you. I worked as a technician at the University of Kent at Canterbury, in the Electronics lab, and the equipment we had at our disposal was fantastic, worst thing I did was leave to go to a job with better pay. Seemed right at the time, but hindsight is a very sad thing sometimes. Good luck.

But I’m not sure you’ll fit 33 inch wheels on a bentley

Don’t even go there with the snorkel

I used the steam cleaner the first time today, not on a wagon but of course on my truck I just couldn't resist it, no way I could wait till after Wales It's a proper beast, very poweful, very hot and very soapy

I didn't do the the whole lot, I cleaned the sills off, up the back of them too to dislodge the built up mud so I could paint some rust converter on this eve!
I also did the inside of the chassis, I will hopefully do the inside of the chassis again tomorrow and as many times as possible between now and when I spray it

As others have said the work you do you also need to enjoy and gain satisfaction from it, well done for making the break, incidentally I have a few things put aside for you, gas bottles, window switches cannot think what else but must be more, but things might have changed so please update me, Rick

If you're happy, that's all that matters.
I hope it all works out for you
