I live on a pretty dark land and reversing onto the drive at night is a bit of a pain at the best of times. But lordy the reversing light on the Terrano is bad. Has anyone up graded them.? I may try an LED bulb to see if that helps

I was having a good look at the car today(first time its been above freezing since i got it). I have never really thought about why there is a gap between the bumpers and body. Do you think its had a body lift at some point ?

The tyres are approx 30 inch (using a conversion chart on line, i work better in inches) with room to spare.

Those gaps look standard. From what I know of body lifts is the bumper brackets need modifying otherwise there would be a 2” gap between body and bumpers.

They look about right really, the bumpers do sag on these though, mine are shocking!

I was having a bit of a mooch about in the rear of the terrano yesterday, planning how I was going to kit the rear out for adventures and found this...

I've seen a lot worse but still a pain in the ass. I won't have any time to sort for a month or so but it least it shouldn't get any worse.

Ahhh terrano ownership

As you know all fixable just time consuming to do it right but do it right do it once.

Check the seatbelt mounts in the rear arches especially if you carry passengers in the back.

Cut back all the bad metal and weld in new rather than patching over the rot. Then a really good coat of waxoyl underneath.
