There is an ORPA about 1/4 of a mile before that on the right but I think that is impassable now.
Will have to have a drive up and walk it to see what state it's in.

Yeh I think it's called Gin Lane, from Slack to Milltown, there is a sign at South entrance saying it's a bridleway and no vehicles, looks official but apparently there have been cases of people making fake signs, I will check with DCC soonish
