I'm not, in anyway, knocking what you've done mind.
I prefer the black too.
Having read this I agree, can we not have a model specific one, "terrano" "patrol" etc

Model specific patches are the next step ,but a lot of work go's in to the set up of each patch, Mark spent a hole day on the black and blue ones and this is all his own free time.
I suppose the obveus one would be a Terrano patch to start with, as they are the majority of members.

So lets say we Had two patches would they be the black and the blue? or the black or the blue and a Terrano patch ? Do we keep the Maverick on as they are not as common now? Discus !!!

Just an idea.
Lose the Ford at the top as there is the Ford emblem, and have "Terrano-Maverick" or "Maverick-Terrano" around the top?

That's a solid idea ,perhaps the way to go is a generic NISSAN 4x4 patch & a TERRANO-MAVERICK patch...?

Think mine will be going where the tax disc was. After years of having discs in windscreens it just looks a little wrong without something in that corner

And now neither am I . I still occasionally walk up to the Terrano and get that 'where has the tax disc gone' feeling. Will be good to have that space filled again

Now and then in carparks etc I see an old tax disc in a window and think that someone is lucky not to have been caught, then after a second I remember

I put my council tip permit in but bloody thing kept falling off

How about this: Keep the black patch but remove the word FORD and replace it with TERRANO, this is then the terrano maverick patch? Then take the blue patch and remove the ford logo from the bottom segment and replace it with another 4x4,Then remove the FORD MAVERICK and replace it with another owners club or something else, it cant be the web address as its too long !

Sounds ok to me but seeing it would be better. There must be someone clever enough here to Photoshop the pictures you've posted.

I think that maybe, it is not really obvious from the badge that the club is this specific site.

Maybe it should be the Nissan Badge shape it already is, without the Ford logo, then the club website split around the outer edge, something like top is www.Nissan4x4, and the bottom OwnersClub.com, or better staring low on the Left, and running over the top, and down low on the Right.

Then have an option to have across the central bar, your weapon of choice, TerranoII,, Patrol, Navana, etc, with Maverick having the Ford loge back in the bottom part again.

Then the curved bit at the bottom could have your Forum, or real name.

Oh, all in Blue of course

Point taken about the web address, perhaps we could put it round the Blue generic Nissan patch. and just keep the black one Terrano-Maverick I know I will be getting both whatever.
As for personalizing them with names, the time involved in setting up each patch would be prohibitive he would have to charge £30+ for each patch .
To keep costs down I think it best to stick to just two to start with.
