Unfortunately curries like madras do it, unless I eat them 3-4 hours before bed time.

I have even eaten a complete fry up, egg chips beans and bacon at 2:00 am from our local transport cafe, those local to me will know Greasy Lils on the A5 near J12 on the M6 lol then to bed and up at 6:30am for work...never any acid reflux. Sorry not any more.
You want to watch acid reflux, it can aggravate the oesophagus, and that can lead to quite some nasties...

Bending down after eating reflux ?
Sounds very much like a Hiatus Hernia very common amongt older folk. My Missus has one as does her Mum.
